A) Return if not satisfied
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the specimen, we offer you the option to return it with no questions asked. If you wish to return the specimen, please follow the steps below:
1.) Notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2.) Send the mineral to our address with all labels, boxes, and bases provided.
3.) The mineral must be returned in its original condition.
4.) The return must be received within 30 days of the initial receipt of the package.
B) Damage in transit
If the mineral was damaged during transit, please follow the steps below:
1.) Notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2.) Provide photographs of the damage (including the damaged package, if applicable).
3.) Send the mineral to our address with all labels, boxes, and bases provided.
4.) The return must be received within 30 days of the initial receipt of the package.
Your bank account or PayPal account—whichever payment method was used initially—will be credited for the full amount immediately upon our receipt of the return package.
Please note, there are no returns for items won in our auctions.
